Hi Everyone, How often are you supposed to clean out the filter cartridge box? My filters need to be changed about every 3-4 weeks, but every time i clean out the box my water gets cloudy. Otherwise..

In the last few days I've read a couple of times that cleaning the filter with tap water kills all the good bio-bugs. Is this true of any water (say, untreated well water), or just chlorinated water..
